#StreetFoodSeries – Urban Fuxion

Urban Fuxion

IMG_20150912_182359Hello Guys!

So I recently moved to Lagos thanks to work and as such, I would be publishing the restaurants I have reviewed in Abuja still in my drafts and new ones I review in Lagos.

To start this series, I am reviewing Urban Fuxion. Food Trucks that are not stationary is something you won’t expect in Lagos considering the traffic and all.

I had read the review on EatDrinkLagos and I decided it was one of the place I was going to try as soon as I moved into Lagos.

My cousin ordered the Prawn Tempura with crinkle cut fries while I ordered Slow Smoked BBQ Ribs (Half Rack) with Potato Apple Salad. We waited for about 20 mins for our orders to be ready.

TRUST ME IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!!

The ribs were nicely marinated and delicious. It was yummy, it wasn’t tough not like those types where you are fighting with the ribs. Really, it was delicious. I didn’t like the Potato Apple Salad. I thought it was weird or maybe it was because I wasn’t used to it.

My cousin said the prawns were tasty and fresh and lemonly taste. But that the chips were a bit soggy and oily. Also the portion of the chips was good for the price.

Did I mention the ribs were delicious and yummy?

Would I try this place again? Hell, yes!!!
