#RestaurantReview – Izanagi

Sushi, Izanagi

Hi Guys!!!

I must confess this is my second time at Izanagi tho.

When we got there, we were asked if we had a reservation and we said no. So we had to wait a while for them to check which tables were free. After we were ushered to our table, the waiter brought out the menu (an ipad) which I thought was pretty cool.

There was a live band (or so) when we went there, awwwwwn.

We ordered Crazy (3pcs), Crazy Shimps (3pcs) and Izangi Twins (6pcs). For the drinks, I went with Izanagi Kiss and my date went with V-Bliss which kinda looked like Mojito.

For dessert, we ordered the Tempura Cheesecake to share. We should have just ordered the normal Cheesecake but no we wanted to try something new.

We didn’t particularly like the Tempura Cheesecake because of the tempura wrap, there was something off about it but I liked the fact that it was different from the normal cheesecake.

I would rate Izanagi over Fusion (see review here) because it was a lot awesome and money well spent.

  1. […] I love Izanagi although it’s expensive. If you are looking for Japanese food or you are a sushi lover, then you have come to the right place. I would definitely rate Izanagi over Fusion (another Japanese/Lebanese restaurant in Lagos). The ambiance is very nice and not overly distracting. See our review here. […]

  2. This is nice and encouraging. The meals are mouthwatering
